Alaska update from Kathy Slamp and

Hi Alaskathy website members!

We are approaching the "end" of the 2012 Alaska cruise season.  After this week (southbound) the Coral has four more one-week cruises, and one four day cruise back down to San Pedro.  It has been great fun to meet so many of you, and I trust that your Alaska experience was all you hoped it would be.  My guess is that it was even more!

This week we had a stellar day both at Hubbard Glacier AND Glacier Bay.  We are in Juneau again today with NO rain--not much sun--but no rain is good.

As you tell your friends about your Alaska experience and share your pictures, etc., please feel free to direct them to this site.  It has a lot to offer, and members are able to add their own pictures and make comments about the blogs.

I trust all is well for you, and I always enjoy hearing from you.

Your friend

PS:  The picture above was taken last week in Ketchikan.  This 82-year-old "sourdough"  was our guide on a GREAT bear watch experience to Traitor Cove.
