In 1947 my family moved from San Antonio, Texas to Fairbanks where my father served as a "home" missionary. After several years there, we moved to Juneau in SE Alaska, so I have a childhood of experiences in two completely different sections of Alaska. Most of these pictures were taken by my mother on her old Argus C3. My older brother passed away in 2010. My parents are in their 90s and still together and in their right minds. Both are quite frail.
